What a lame friend i have been lately?!....

Had a nightmare moving though, broken hand....Helen gashed her hand open....had to re-decorate our new house totally!
Then i got well ill.....Helen was well ill....things havent been the greatest.

But! We have finally settled in, so im promising to make more of an effort to get out with my friends on the wooden wives once again....sorry yall....but you know how it is.

On a lighter note, y'all should watch the new Sigur Ros d.v.d "heima" (means home in icelandic)....its amazing.

got my studio set up and im firing out new tunes like no ones business, watch this space...

Does anyone know how to post music or like a podcast on these blogs?
